He is survived by: his children, Rosa Scott, Jim Allyn of Elberton, Donna Jean S., Carl Duncan of Monroe, Henry Lee, Jr. and Jaime Hartley Scott of Elberton; and his sister-in-law Shirley Mills Scott of Elberton. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way; and a host of nieces and nephews.
