He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Scarborough Peppers; and his parents, Henry Lee Peppers and Jewel Corine Madden Peppers. He is survived by: his sister Edna Peppers Sorrells of Elberton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
