She was predeceased by: her husband Wilton White Seymour; her parents, Pinckney Furman Bowen and Mary Ruth Acker Bowen; her granddaughter-in-law Donna Blackmon Seymour; her siblings, Thamer Bowen, Frank Bowen, Joe Levis Bowen, James Bowen, William Bowen, Gertha Gentry, Evelyn Winn, Roselle Pruitt, Hilda Olds, Mary Ann McCall and Sarah Campbell; and also Clifton Bowen.
She is survived by: her sons, Denny Wayne Seymour, Sr. (Gail) and Ronald Anthony Seymour, Sr. (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Denny Seymour (Wendy), Donny Seymour (Kelly), Jackie Harris (Andy), Jenny Dickerson (Jason), Amanda Marunich (Scott), Misty Seymour, Ron Seymour (Megan) and Julie Wade. She is also survived by twenty one great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Flowers are accepted and contributions may be made in her memory to Rehoboth Baptist Church or to Gideons International.
