It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Rucker Fellows (Elberton, Georgia), who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Rucker and Lillian B. Rucker; and her siblings, Eleanor R. Buchanan, Bessiemae R. Cleveland and Walter Harrison Rucker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in her memory to the Ramp Ministry of First Baptist Church, Elberton, 132 Heard Street, Elberton, Georgia 30635.
