He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Hays and Mary Curtis Hays; and his siblings, Wimber Dale Hays, Darlene Booker and Ann Davis.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Patricia Gaines of Dewy Rose, GA; his sister Mary McBay; and his friends, Foundation and Box.
