It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Thomas Smith (Elberton, Georgia), who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence 'Lloyd Smith; her parents, Edgar Lee Thomas and Lucy Caldwell Thomas; and her siblings, Geraldine Argo, Edna Moon and Lowell Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis, Bonnie Smith of Thomson, Leslie, Fe Smith of Lexington and Lee Ann Smith; and her grandchildren, Eric, April Smith, Stevie Neiznay and Danielle Neiznay. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Flowers are accepted and contributions may be made in her memory to Elberton Christian Church, 1128 Calhoun Falls Highway, Elberton, GA 30635.
