He is survived by: his children, Kim Fortson (Jamie) and Kozmo Bowman; his siblings, Betty Hill, Josephine Calhoun, Peggy Cleveland, Miss Loeitha Allen, Susie Ardister, Miss Alma Allen and Kelly Allen; his parents-in-law, Willie Bowman (Marilyn), Sally Elaine Allen (Richard), Geneva Ann Jones (Billy), Jackie Bowman (Evelyn) and Sally Bowman; his grandchildren, Miss Rachel Fortson, Miss Gabby Fortson, Miss Trinnity Bowman, Altraveon Bowman and Kozmo Bowman, II; his aunts, Donia Davis, Bobbie Jean Allen, Zelma Allen and Mamie Lou Allen; and his close friends, Joe Hood, Marty Harper, Rusty Woodall, Jerry Glaze, Nap Dye, Cheese Johnson and Minister Renick Robertson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
