Frances Lee Ruff Moss Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lee Ruff Moss (Elberton, Georgia), who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Marshall Moss; her parents, Willie Lee Ruff and Katie Glenn Ruff; and her brother Harold "Hank" Ruff. She is survived by: her children, Dennis, Diane Moss of Elberton and Marsha Fowler of Mountain Rest, SC; her sister Sybil Smith of Elberton; her grandchildren, John Davis of Seneca, SC, Janis Fowler of Austin, TX, Debbie, Brett Siedschlag of Columbia, SC, Dana and BJ Moon of Elberton; and her great grandchildren, Eva Siedschlag of Columbia, SC and Rebecca Moon of Elberton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
