He is survived by: his wife Endy Fowler; his son Floyd William Fowler, III; his daughters-in-law, Tabitha and Brittany; his siblings, Dwaine Fowler and Aubrey Fowler; and his grandchildren, Hannah Lindafay Fowler, Owen Scott Pridgen, Brooklyn Irene Fowler, Kenlin Williamjoe Fowler and Crimson Randy Floyd Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
