He is survived by: his parents, James Donald "Jamie" Carnes and Kristie Scoggins Callaway; his wife Carolyn Boatright Carnes; his sons, James Parker Carnes and Riley Owen Carnes; his grandparents, Jimmy and Frances Carnes; his aunt Tammy Carnes Teasley; his sister Nikki (PJ Peters); his stepfather Jamie Callaway; and his sister Blaze. He is also survived by three nieces; two nephews; and two great nieces.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (1265 Washington Hwy, Elberton, GA 30635). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
