He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Sanford Parham, Sr. and Jewell Frances Hall Parham; and his siblings, Jefferson C., Julian G. Parham, Ralph C. Parham, Boyd H. Parham, Omer S. Parham, Jr., Hugh D. Parham and Mildred F. Veal.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rachel Brooks Parham; his children, Carol Rice (Randy) of Elberton, Mitch Parham (Janet) of Watkinsville and Susan Booth (Clay) of Elberton; his grandson Michael Miller; his sisters-in-law, Anna Merle Parham, Betty Jean Parham, Estelle Parham and Betty Joyce Parham; and also Ronnie Hughes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
