We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2021, at the age of 88, Dorothy Ruff Welch (Elberton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sanford Ruff and Henrietta Burt Ruff; her children, Janet (Kenneth Atkinson), James "Jim" (Michele Welch) and Myra (Larry Willis); her siblings, Bo Ruff of Elberton, GA, Betty Melton of Winterville, GA and Jerry Ruff of Elberton, GA; her grandchildren, Tara Dobbs and Marshall Willis; her great grandchildren, Audrianna Atkinson, Kimberly and Clayton Watkins; and also, Ayden Watkins and Dawson Watkins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested to please make memorials in her memory to Falling Creek Baptist Church.
