He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Wilson "C. W." Looney and Annie Evelyn Witcher Looney. He is survived by: his wife Faye'Ann'Higginbotham Looney; his children, Natalie Dixon (Stan) of Elberton and Jason Vincent (Jessica) of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Jake, Cole, Julia Kate and Bree.
