He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Harper Maxwell and Doris Lance Maxwell; his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Spivey Maxwell; his children, Grayson Maxwell of Nashville, TN and Kelly Anthony of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Tom Maxwell of Elberton, GA, Andy Maxwell of Augusta, GA and Susan Maxwell Hill of Elberton, GA; and his granddaughters, Charlotte and Savannah.
