He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Harper; his children, Keisha Harper of Athens, GA, Tysen Harper (Fatima) of Lumberton, NC, Shatoya Belcher (Woodrow) of Elberton, GA and Ty'Sean Harper of Duluth, GA; his grandchildren, Azaria Mattox and Nyla Belcher; his brothers, Joe Harper (Pamelia) of Warner Robins, GA, Jeffrey Harper (Mary) of Severn, MD and Donnie Harper of Elberton, GA; his mother-in-law Rosa Hubbard of Elberton, GA; his brothers-in-law, David Hubbard (Latonya Hill) and Darin Rucker of Elberton, GA; and his uncles, James Plummer of Elberton, GA, Abe Plummer (Debbie) of Athens, GA, John Plummer (Ann) of Elberton, GA and Alfred Plummer of Elberton, GA.. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
