He was predeceased by: his parents, J. William Kelley (Bill) and Belle Booth Kelley; his wife Barbara Rice Kelley; and his daughter Melody Delaine Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Kelley of Myrtle Beach, SC, Robin Kelley of Hull, GA and Tim Kelley (Sharon Whitfield) of Dewy Rose, GA; his grandchildren, Jaime Whitehead Clardy (Bryan), Nikki Whitehead Trant (Ben), Lacey Phillips Blackwell (Ryan), Cheyenne Kelley and Shaye Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Cadence Reynolds, Brayden Clardy, Raegan Reynolds, Cooper Clardy, Birdie-Grace Blackwell and Cohan Trant. He is also survived by beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
