She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel C. Platt and Olive P. Platt; and her husband Donald Lloyd Turner. She is survived by: her sons, Rick R. Turner of Homer, GA and Kip J. Turner of Baldwin, GA; her grandson Marcus A. Turner of Cleveland, GA; her brother Daniel B. Platt of Stanley, NC; and her nieces, Linda Harper (Steve Harper) of Kings Mountain, NC, Leanna Tow (Travis Tow) of Stanley, NC and Cindy Carver of Bellevue, NE. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and other relatives.
