It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Brown Gaines of Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stark and Anna Oglesby Brown; her husband Ben Frank Gaines; and her son Ben Frank Gaines, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Partridge (William) of Alpharetta; her grandchildren, Andrea Sendobry (Douglas), Tiffany Hess (David) and Callen Partridge (Katherine); and her great grandchildren, McKenna Sendobry, Kyle Gaines Sendobry, William Partridge, Charles Partridge and Aaron Lee Partridge.
