He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha Mae Saxon Rampey; and his parents, Raymond Riley Rampey and Ava Slay Rampey. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Rosser and Charles Richard Rampey; his grandchildren, Autumn Michelle Rampey, Elizabeth Ashley Albritton, Austin Taylor Rampey, Charles Vincent Rosser, Joshua Caine Rosser and Jonathan Micah Rosser; and his great grandchildren, Malachi Joseph Rosser, Grayson Riley Dove, Brenden William Sharp, Tatiana Nevaeh Salgado and Leovigildo Charles Salgado.
