He is survived by: his daughter Jan Shurbutt Freeman (Sanford); his granddaughters, Laura Adams (Chris) and Jessica Patton (John); his great grandchildren, Charlotte Patton and Charles Emory Patto; his brothers, Bob Shurbutt (Donna) and Ray Shurbutt (Sylvia); and his caregiver Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
