He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Swain Higgins and Betty Williams Parker; his daughters, Jessica Lynn Grant and Ashley Marie Godbee (Derek Godbee); his siblings, Marcus Glenn Higgins, Danny Ray Higgins and Tracy Wayne Higgins; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Nevaeh Marrero, Keira Nicole Marrero, Jataivious Nickolas Grant, Aiden Broc Olson, Chloe Ciara Godbee, Brantley Dean Godbee and Leila Lynn Graham.
