He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac Allen Cooper and Allie Mae Rousey Cooper; his brother Wayne Cooper; and his nephews, Dwayne Cooper and David Cooper.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Brent Stovall of Elberton, GA; and his grandchildren, Samantha Stone, Bren, Tyler Stovall and Rose. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
