She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Oglesby and Lois Frances Thompson Oglesby; her daughter Venessa Davis; and her siblings, Jesse Oglesby and Ora Thomas Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Davis; her children, Latoya Jones, Ernest of Elberton, Brenda Allen, Christopher of Elberton, Felicia Davis of Lawrenceville and Monica Rucker of Elberton; and her siblings, Virginia Bolden of Bowman, Dean Dye of Elberton, James Henry Allen of Greenville, Jeannette Clark of Elberton, Patricia Gary, Lenard of Elberton and Minister Jettie Tate of Athens. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
