She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wallace Edwards, Sr. and Marjorie Lucyle Dye Edwards; and her husband George Albert Wallis. She is survived by: her children, George Thomas Oglesby III (Tina) and Laura (Jesse Hernandez); her grandchildren, Gray Oglesby (Caylor), Molly Oglesby, Brockington Oglesby, Maribeth Hernandez, Marjorie Hernandez and Marissa Hernandez; and her siblings, Iris Fernandez (Manuel), Gloria Childs (Roger) and Wallace Edwards, Jr. (Joellyn).
