It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Irene Cleveland Sanders of Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on May 29, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Margaret Melton, Fred Cleveland and Embry Cleveland; and her son-in-law Jim Cash. She is survived by: her husband Rock Branch Baptist; her daughters, Vickie Daralyn Sanders of St. Simons Island, Deborah Elaine Sanders Leslie (Jim) of Marietta and Sharon Lynn Sanders Cash of Elberton; and her granddaughter Cathryn Irene Leslie Brennen (Michael) of Atlanta. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
