It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin Herman Weick (Elberton, Georgia), born in Massillon, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Herman Weick and Irma Catron Buckland; his wife Miriam Jean Morrow Weick; his stepmother Dorothy Weick; and his brothers, Robert Joseph Weick and Micheal Catlett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Candace Cook of Nashville, TN, Dana Busbin (David) of Abbevile, SC and Sara Richards (John) of Abbeville, SC; and his siblings, Barbara Sorkin of Greensboro, NC, Bruce Weick (Bernice) of Massillon, OH, Mark Catlett (Pam) of Winston Salem, NC and Kevin Weick (Heather) of King, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
