He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Carlton Harrison and Margaret Dorothy Harrison; and his sister Phyllis Harrison Lichner. He is survived by: the mother of his children Gwen Potter of Gainesville, FL.; his children, Donald Harrison of Boulder, CO, James Harrison Jr. of Gainesville, FL and Debra Martinez (Eric Infante) of Gainesville, FL.; his grandchildren, Ashley of Alex, Max, Mason, Cameron, Grace and Olivia; his great grandchild Cody; and his brother Charles Steve Harrison (Virginia) of Jackson, GA..
