He is survived by: his wife Jackie Louise Boyles; his children, Angela Moore and Brian Howard (Angel); his grandchildren, Johnni Shirey, Heather Screen (Jason), Makenzie Kerley and Taylor Howard; his great grandchildren, Cohler Screen, Haisten Berry and Rylan Kerley; his sister Terri Boyles; and his sister-in-law Nellie Boyles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
