It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Leon Hindmon of Eatonton, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leonard Hindmon and Lucretia Hindmon; his sister Lucretia Vineyard; and his brother-in-law John Honaker. He is survived by: his wife Janice Mitchell Hindmon; his children, Alison Leigh Hindmon of Smyrna, GA and James Eric Hindmon (Andrea) of Sandersville, GA; his grandchildren, James Liam Hindmon of Sandersville, GA, Eleanora Joy Hindmon of Sandersville, GA and Robert Jaxon Hindmon of Sandersville, GA; his sisters, Elizabeth Honaker of Green Bay, WI and Susan Caldwell of Red Wing, MN; and his brothers-in-law, David Mitchell (Candy) of Oxford, AL and Albert Vineyard of Albany, GA.. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews as well as many co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Widows Fund at Eagles Landing First Baptist Church.
