She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Jefferson Knowles and Ima Ruth Malone Knowles. She is survived by: her husband Henry Grady Leverette; her son Zack Wilson (Sherry); her grandson Jordan Wilson; and her brother Jeffrey Knowles.

The family has requested that donations may be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospital, Atlanta, GA.
