It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Faye Jones (Eatonton, Georgia), who passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David Jones; her daughter-in-law Shirley Jones; her sister Wanda Schuldt; and her parents, Ruth Simmerman and Hoyle Simmerman.
She is survived by: her brother Wray Simmerman (Kim) of Reynoldsburg, OH; her sons, Bill Jones and Jerry Jones; and her grandchildren, Michael Jones (Carrie) of Celebration, FL, Matthew Jones (Lisa) of Springfield, MO, Jered Jones of Freemont, LA and Tammy Klemmer (Matt) of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by grandkids, nieces and nephews.
In 2020 when COVID hit, she remained and never returned to Van Wert.
