He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Scott Dee, Sr. and Mary Florence Carter Dee; his children, Winfield Scott Dee, III and Laura Lynn Marrett; and his sister Dorothy Dee Teate.
He is survived by: his wife Bette Hamilton Dee of Lake Sinclair; his daughter Kimberly Shadix of McDonough; and his siblings, Mary Hertel of Lilburn, Sherri Dee of Lawrenceville, Tom Dee, Sr. of Loganville and Benjamin Dee, Sr..
