She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Terrell and Lillie Bernice Townsend Maddox; and her sisters, Helen Williams and Evelyn Marshall. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Barr; her daughters, Lori Guyton (Jeff) and Denise Lewis (Jimmy); her sisters, Linda Selby (Joe) and Doris Shupe (Carey); and her grandchildren, Dustin Turk (Kristen), Kaleb Turk (Dayna), Rob Barr, Ryan Bedgood (Haley), Brittan Cleveland, Candler Cleveland, Trent Jones, Kyle Jones, Emily Lewis, Codee Rainey (Ross) and Zach Guyton.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Philadelphia United Methodist Church Building Fund or the Cancer Fund of your choice.
