He is survived by: his mother Rachel Smith; his children, Richard Smith (Veronica) and Sabrina Chambers (Brian); his grandchildren, Joshua, Kyler, Pierce, Lily, Holden, Lucas and Jesse; and his siblings, Randy (Donna), Ralph Smith (Sue) and Belinda Catlett (Joe). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
