Lewis (Christy), Elizabeth Marie Lewis (Robert Stenoski) and Angela Lynn Lewis; his grandchildren, Corrin Nicole Lewis, Brooke Ashley Greene and Keegan John Greene; and his siblings, David Lewis, Stephen Lewis and Marion Irene Kenney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
