She is survived by: her children, Anita Flowers of Eatonton, Rhonda Garland (Greg) of Eatonton and Robert Urban (Chrystine) of Solvang, CA; her grandchildren, Shawn Nasworthy, Megan Nasworthy, Robby Urban, Chasen Urban, Skyler Urban, Chandler Urban and Jackson Urban; and her great grandchildren, Debbie Campbell and Sarah Nesser.
