He was predeceased by: his daughter Cheri Thomas Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Thomas; his children, Debbie Thomas Richardson and Michael Thomas; his sister Willie Collins; his niece Velda Croy Wells; and his nephew Eric Croy.
