He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Harrison Kelly, Sr. and Lillie Grace Layson Kelly; and his sons, Gene Kelly and Pat Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Louis H. "Kippy" Kelly, III (Elaine) of Eatonton and Christine Kelly Luke (Harry) of Eatonton; and his sisters, Dot Shaw of Eatonton and Dimples Edwards of Kennesaw. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
