It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Compton Usry (Eatonton, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas E. Usry, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Tom Usry, Jr. (Susan) and Jennifer Usry (Thomas); her granddaughter Addie Grace Usry; and her siblings, Hilda Bryson and Jerry Compton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation, 1230 Baxter Street, Athens, GA 30606.
