He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie Bundrage Sr. and Mamie Bundrage (Grable); his stepfather George Grable Jr.; his sister Joyce Laster; and his niece Nakira Grable.

He is survived by: his wife Effie Bundrage (Renee); his children, Tyree Smith (Amber), Jacqueline Lee (David), Jontayia Hudson and Johnie Bundrage IIl; his grandchildren, Daikira, Dai'Mia, Dai Moni, Brycen, Peyton, David Jr., Aubree, Willow H, Gianna, Dacier, Daija, Taylor, Willow M, Dai'Mar and Destiny; and his brother George Grable III (Marie). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Zion Covenant Fellowship (404 Oak St, Eatonton, GA 31024).
