He was predeceased by: his father James Culberson. He is survived by: his children, Janice C. Anderson (Mike) and Steve Culberson (Mary); his sister Ann Roberts; his grandchildren, Lauren Pollack, Jarret Leverett, Stephanie Myers (William) and Alex Culberson (Elizabeth Ann); and his great grandchildren, Addison Leverett, Alex Michael Culberson Jr. and Emersyn Grace Myers.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to Veterans Tunnel to Towers.
