He is survived by: his wife Colleen Williams Pope; his children, Rachel Pope Sarmiento of Bradenton, Florida, Hadassah Pope McClendon of Bradenton, Florida, Benjamin, Daniel Pope of Murphy and Isaac Pope of Eatonton, Georgia; and his siblings, Donna Pope Mizell, Cynthia Pope, Jane Pope and Dana Pope. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
