He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hoy Jr. and Donnis Parsons Hoy. He is survived by: his wife Dozy; his children, Amy Hoy and Jason Hoy (Tammy); his sister Phyllis Kamerer; and his aunts, Carol Kapnicky and Ruth Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family has requested donations to St. Jude Childrens Hospital in his memory in lieu of flowers.
