He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark Harper Sr. and Lucille Bailey; his brother William "Bill" Clark Harper Jr.; and his grandson Logan Harper. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Harper; his sons, John Harper and Richard Harper (Tiffany); his siblings, Jesse Raymond Harper (Wanda) and Sue Presley (Cleven); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Abbigail, Lauren, Cole, Brooke, Kara, Dylan and Christian Harper.
