He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kennedy and Ann; his son Ty Kennedy; and his brother Robert Kennedy. He is survived by: his children, Tia Kennedy of Colorado Springs, CO, Tamara Mendez (Daniel) of Greensboro, Truett Kennedy (Abigail) of Milledgeville and Trent Kennedy (Eleanor) of Buchanan; and his brother Scott Kennedy of Missoula, Montana.
