Florence Embry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2020, at the age of 93, Florence Embry of Eatonton, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Florence Embry to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Terrell Carnes and Mattie Linch Carnes; her husband Cecil Embry; her siblings, Carlton, Linwood Carnes and Frances Allen; and her great grandchild Nathaniel Mikulecky.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Embry (Ruth), Shirley Stephens and Carol Hawkins (John); her brother-in-law Rev. David Allan; her sisters, Irene Holt and Dot Lundy; and her siblings-in-law, Suzanne Carnes, Helen Carnes and Rev. David Allen. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
The family has requested donations can be made to Philadelphia Methodist Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
