She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladyce Allison Dearman and Otis Decatur Dearman, Sr.; and her daughter Kaye Gregory Cheshire. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Gregory; her children, Jill Brackett and Jay Gregory (Cindy); her son-in-law Mark Cheshire (Laura); her brother O. D. Dearman (Bettye); and her grandchildren, Gregory Brackett (Kayla), Zachary Brackett, Hope Cheshire, Chandler Gregory, Tanner Brackett, Ross Cheshire, Naomi Gregory, Caleb Cheshire, Josie Gregory and J. T. Gregory IV. She is also survived by her friends and her husband.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Eatonton FUMC, Gatewood School or Putnam General Hospital.
