He is survived by: his significant other Martha Howell Collis; his daughters, Renee Collis Rowell (Ronny) and Julie Collis Maddox (Bart); his grandchildren, Ashley Manley, Field Manley, John Manley, Nellie Maddox and Mattie Maddox; and his siblings, Jack Collis and Gail C. Ashworth (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
