He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Stigall and Elizabeth Ann Wheeler Stigall; his son Benford Stigall; and his brother Billy Stigall. He is survived by: his wife Janice Stigall of Eatonton; his daughters, Sandra Carr (Kenny) of Arab, AL and Stefanee Stigall (Dominick); and his sister Debbie DeMilley (Louis) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
