He was predeceased by: his parents, Felton Seagraves and Bertha Cheshire Seagraves; and his children, Tonya Hallock and Joseph Edward Seagraves. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Seagraves of Eatonton; his daughters, Cristie Hall of Leesburg, Marie Gilchrist (Eric) of Macon and Sandra Webb (Jason Sayers) of Eatonton; his siblings, Lynda Starr (John) of Virginia, Tommy Seagraves (Sharon) of Tennessee, Wonda Pavone of Oklahoma and Scott Seagraves (Karen) of Milledgeville; and his grandchildren, Amber Hallock, Patrick Gilchrist, Dakotah Durham, Brett Seagraves, Thomas Gilchrist, Naz Durham, Alexis Gilchrist, Brandon Seagraves, Brooke Sayers, Riley Webb and Landry Sayers. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
